Items purchased on sale, used or washed products, items without original packaging, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch; once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
