Refund Policy
At Spoofy, we aim to deliver the best quality products, but if you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items purchased on sale, used or washed products, items without original packaging, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return.

Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps. Refunds are processed after a quality check and are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch; once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
