5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
5.2 Security: Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Spoofy does not store card or banking details.
5.3 Taxes: Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
5.4 Failed Transactions: Amounts debited due to failed transactions will be reversed within 7–10 business days, subject to bank policies.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Spoofy will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
6.2 Risk of loss passes to the user upon handover of Products to the delivery partner.
6.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.
7. Returns and Refunds
All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Spoofy.in Refund Policy available on the Website.

9.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPOOFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR FROM ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THEREON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE WEBSITE.
