SHIPPING POLICY
This policy applies to all pet products and related items ordered through our online selling platform.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Spoofy currently delivers across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery Pin Code by our third-party logistics partners.
● Delivery availability is automatically verified at checkout.
● Certain remote or restricted Pin Codes may not be serviceable at all times.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing refers to the time taken to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the courier partner.
● Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
● Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST will be processed on the next business day
● During sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen events, processing may take longer. Any significant delay will be communicated.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight/volume, and delivery location.
Standard Shipping Charges (Indicative):
● Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping fee
● Orders ₹499 and above: FREE Shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee:
● A non-refundable COD convenience fee of ₹29 is applicable on all COD orders, regardless of order value.
Remote Area Surcharge:
● Certain locations classified as remote by courier partners may attract an additional surcharge. Customers will be informed prior to dispatch if applicable.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing:
● Tracking (AWB) number
● Courier partner name
● Real-time tracking link
You may also track orders through the “My Account” section on the Website.
6. DELIVERY PROTOCOL
6.1 Accurate Address: Please ensure complete and correct address details, including Pin Code and mobile number. Spoofy shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
6.2 Delivery Attempts: Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails, the order may be returned. Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
6.3 Receipt of Order: Delivery may require acknowledgment or signature. Spoofy is not responsible for orders accepted by unauthorized persons at the delivery address.
7. DAMAGED, LOST, OR FAILED DELIVERIES
7.1 Damaged Packages:
● If outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery.
● If accepted, customers must share unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery, as per the Refund Policy.
7.2 Incorrect Address:
● Orders returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer may attract re-shipping charges.
7.3 Lost in Transit:
● If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner (typically after 10–15 days), Spoofy will offer a replacement or full refund.
8. BULK ORDERS
For bulk or large-volume orders, shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary. Customers are advised to contact Customer Support before placing such orders.
